Whelan Homes build exceptional apartments and houses that are both individual in design and location.
The company was established in 1975 by John P Whelan and is now run by his son Kevin and daughter Ann.
Unlike many modern houses, Whelan Homes are designed and built with spacious interiors. Space is often utilised by building into the otherwise redundant roof space, ensuring maximum living space for dwellers.
Our homes range from one bedroom apartments, two and three bedroom houses, through to five bedroom detached houses. Care, attention to detail and quality workmanship is lavished upon all homes built.
